Main responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and KPIs

Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with company objectives

Create detailed sales playbooks that outline best practices, processes, and strategies for the sales team

Design and implement a sales outbound engine that drives predictable and sustainable growth

Actively engage in prospecting activities to build a strong pipeline of potential clients

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target companies

Continuously refine and optimize the sales process based on feedback and performance metrics

Work closely with marketing, product, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
About you:

Proven experience in a hands-on sales leadership role in a B2B SaaS environment

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Excellent prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building skills

Experience in building and scaling outbound sales engines and creating effective sales playbooks
